If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service (email@example.com) in 3 days once you got it.
If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of your order's delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs or vidoes to show the reason for the return.
PS:We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 3 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made.
And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)
2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:
a）Photos of the package you send back;
b) Tracking number;
